The dyeing process operation of the dyeing machine, including dye dissolution, the amount of acetic acid, the addition method of dyes and additives, temperature rise procedure, boiling dyeing time, etc., cannot be changed arbitrarily. The proofing personnel shall be familiar with the performance and process operation of the large-scale production machine in the workshop. After the color light of the small sample is determined, the sampling personnel shall go deep into the workshop for test to ensure the consistency between the small sample and the large sample production.
