Dyeing machine operation program

(1) Loose parts and fasteners of machine parts should be handled in time if there are no abnormalities.

(2) Sort the fabrics, place them evenly on the drum, and close the inside and outside of the door.

(3) Open the water valve, add detergent, dyeing machine to add the required range of requirements in the water area.

(4) When the dyeing machine is working, put in steam and keep the water temperature at about 70°C. After meeting the required requirements, close the steam valve.

(5) Turn off the power switch and turn off the power.

Maintenance

(1) Machine operating parts, friction parts, and bearings require regular lubrication.

(2) The degree of tightness of the V-belt should be appropriate, if the problem should be adjusted in time.

(3) The seal cap cannot be opened while the machine is in operation. If you have any exceptions, stop and fix them immediately.

(4) A comprehensive inspection shall be stopped every six months so that problems can be found and problems solved in a timely manner.
