(2)Used to disperse dyes. The amount of disperse dyes can be increased below 90°C. When the temperature is above 90°C, especially around 130°C, it is necessary to control the heating rate so that it approaches the dyeing temperature slowly so as to avoid uneven dyeing. Disperse dyes are greatly affected by temperature, so in the absorption temperature range, increase the number of cycles of the fabric and dyeing, dyeing, make the dye and temperature evenly distributed in the room.

(3)After the dyeing is completed, cool down to prevent the fabric from wrinkling due to a sudden cold. When the temperature drops to 100°C, rapid cooling can be used to reduce the temperature to 80°C to perform overflow cleaning and further reduce the temperature of the dyeing chamber. If the water and the inlet are discharged at a higher temperature, it is easy to form a fabric crease and affect the dyeing quality.
